REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration for the 2012 PAPERS Forum
will begin in March, 2012

After you’ve decided to register for the PAPERS Fall Workshop, please click on Registration Form and enter the requested information. Then print two copies of the completed registration – one for your records and one for PAPERS.

Members can use one of two easy ways to pay the Spring Forum registration fee:

1. To pay by check, please mail payment with a copy of the PAPERS Spring Forum Registration to:

2. To pay on-line electronically, select Participating, Affiliate or Associate Member Registration from the Spring Forum drop down box below, complete the PayPal form with the requested information and click “Buy Now” to have the applicable registration fee automatically transferred from your bank account to PAPERS. The PAPERS copy of your Spring Registration Form may either be mailed to:
